Waitlist Perk Terms: 15% Off Your First Order

1. The perk

If you qualify under section 2, you'll receive one code for 15% off your first order on muwenstudio.com once our store opens. We haven't set a launch date yet, and we'll email you when the store opens.

2. Who qualifies

To qualify, you must:

  • be 18 or older;
  • live in the United States;
  • join the waitlist with an email address you control; and
  • confirm your email by clicking the link in our confirmation email by 11:59 p.m. ET on the day our store opens.

Joining the waitlist is free, and you don't need to buy anything to join.

3. One per customer

Each customer can redeem the perk once. Signing up more than once, or using multiple or fake email addresses or automated tools, won't get you extra codes. We may use reasonable checks to prevent misuse.

4. Getting your code

We'll email your code to your waitlist address when the store opens. Codes come only from MUWEN.

If you unsubscribe after you qualify, you keep the perk. Unsubscribing stops our marketing emails, but it doesn't cancel a discount you've already earned. To get your code after unsubscribing, email hello@muwenstudio.com once the store opens and we'll send it to you.

5. What the code covers

  • 15% off eligible products in your first order, the first order you place with MUWEN.
  • Single use, for one order.
  • Doesn't apply to sales tax, shipping, or gift cards (if we offer them).
  • Applies to sale items.

6. Expiry

Your code email will include the code's expiry date. The code is valid for at least 30 days after the code email is sent. Expired codes may not be reissued.

7. Other limits

  • Can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
  • Valid only for orders shipped to US addresses.
  • No cash value, and it can't be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Personal to you. Please don't sell, trade, or post your code publicly.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

8. Returns

If you return items from an order that used the code, your refund will be the amount you actually paid after the discount. A used code is not reissued after a full return.

9. Misuse

If we reasonably believe the offer is being misused, we may cancel a code, cancel an order that uses it, or remove a signup. Examples of misuse include fake or duplicate signups, automated signups, and selling or publicly posting codes.

10. Changes, delays, and if we don't launch

  • Future signups. We may change or end this offer for people who haven't yet qualified. If we do, we'll update this page.
  • People who already qualified. If you qualified under these terms, we'll honor the perk as described here. The exceptions are misuse, an obvious error (such as a code showing the wrong amount), or a change the law requires.
  • If our launch is delayed, we'll let waitlist subscribers know.
  • If we don't launch, the code can't be redeemed, and we'll email the waitlist to let you know.

11. Not a contest

This is a discount for everyone who qualifies. It isn't a sweepstakes, contest, or prize drawing.

12. Your information

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Notice. You can unsubscribe at any time (see section 4).
